Our Story

The story began one summer night nearly one year ago. While chatting over bottles of wine, co-founders, Celine Delany and Eleanor Hopkins, commented on the beauty and simplicity of the freshly cut arrangement of flowers placed on Eleanor’s kitchen island. The two began talking about their affinity for flowers, and how they grew up in European families where fresh-cut garden flowers were in abundance throughout the home. The two reminisced about the joy they would feel when walking into a room to a simple display of beautiful sweet peas or a natural arrangement of freshly cut hydrangeas. A twig of rosemary at times was tossed into a petite vase of peonies. Everything was budding with goodness.

The co-founders live in Washington, DC where gathering freshly cut locally sourced flowers is not quite as simple as walking out one’s front door in the countryside of England and France. So, they decided to bring this simple beauty to you by creating Two Buds Three Blooms. The cheerful floral arrangements from Two Buds Three Blooms can spruce up any space or add delight to any occasion. From foyers to family rooms, and dinner parties to business meetings, these locally sourced blooms impart a spark to the everyday.
